Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit within 10 days days of purchase with proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns without proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn. We do not accept returns on custom pieces. We do not accept returns on items with a discount applied. We do not accept returns on gift cards. The customer pays for the return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like another size or style, place a new order for the correct size/style and return the item that did not fit. We will issue a refund for that item as soon as we receive it. The customer pays for the return shipping.

Your store credit will be issued in the form of a unique coupon code that can be applied during checkout on your next purchase. The credit can be applied in-person and online.

To begin the return process or ask any additional questions, please contact us at arcoirisdenim@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include your order number (if you have one).

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. We understand that due to the personalized nature of the items, there can be lots of questions. Please contact us directly with any product inquiries, measurements, questions, or concerns. Let's get this right the first time ;)
