Once we have the materials and a clear understanding of your vision, we will schedule a Zoom or Facetime appointment to design the jacket. Each piece will be designed with extreme detail and intentionality. If you plan to send us a jacket or quilt, we will explain what we plan to cut before we do it. We understand that these pieces are family heirlooms. Give us about a week to sew and ship your piece. From procuring the materials to shipping the jacket, the customization process usually takes 1-2 weeks.
