Part of what keeps me *relatively* sane is daily movement. The key word being daily.. I move everyday - yoga, swimming, walks, weight lifting, Pilates, bike riding, etc... For me, my mental health is dependent on movement, even if it is just 30 minutes. You sleep better, you have more energy, your mood is better, and it relieves stress. Fitness builds confidence, community, reduces imflamation. I could talk for years about this but I won't bore you.
Let's be honest, who doesn't want to look cute during exercise? There are a lot of amazing activewear brands but my tried and true is Spiritual Gangster. Spiritual Gangster is soulful, authentic, intentional, and loving dressing. They coined the idea of "products for the modern wellness enthusiast and fashion lover alike" which I would like to think every Arcoiris girl fits the mold for.
My favorite way to dress up an activewear set is to throw an Arcoiris jacket with my workout 'fit. The Teri Jacket is an oversized light wash jacket that would look adorable with the Amor Crop Tank and the Love Sculpt Ruffle Legging (on sale!!!) by Spiritual Gangster. Their graphic tees are as close to perfect as you can get. I am loving the Grateful Lotus Muscle Tank. Dying to try a onesie and it might just have to be this one!
Motto of the week...you can wear Arcoiris while doing anything!
